新乡润宝贸易有限公司是宝洁公司豫西北唯一准许分销商，位于新乡市和平路南段民营经济区内，总部设在新乡、焦作，下设济源、长垣、晋城、长治等分公司。新乡润宝贸易有限公司是宝洁公司的白金分销商（分销商中最高级别），有员工150余人，实力雄厚，发展迅速。现因业务发展的需要，诚招宝洁经理助理一名, 待遇优厚，详情如下：

We are looking for:

Position: PG Manager Assistant

Job Description:
Provide timely and accurate feedback to P&G corporate emails;
Collect business data and information relating to distributors from P&G database;
Maintain business tracking systems (project budget check, reimbursement progress, etc) in a timely and accurate manner;
Track closely of program execution to ensure progress is on track and under control;
Use technical and financial knowledge to add value to current data offering;
Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from PG and distributors;
Assist with routine office administration: document management, travel booking, reimbursement, etc.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree in FA, Business, English is preferred.
Required Skills:
Fluency in English reading and writing a pre-requisite. (CET-6 is preferred, CET-4 is a must)
Proficiency in EXCEL and PPT;
Knowledge or experience of accounting and FMCG industry a distinct advantage.
Desired Skills:
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
Good analytical skills and ability to provide resolutions;
Willingness to take absolute responsibilities for work tasks;
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Self motivated even when attending to routine tasks;
